Is Interactive Options a Scam?
We have made a research of Interactive Option and found out that they do not rate highly and there is no significant data about them. As an alternative we have selected our Top Safe Forex Brokers along with detailed reviews for safe and secure trading.
Since we haven’t gathered enough information yet, we cannot confirm that Interactive Option is safe. You can Proceed to Safety OR Choose one of the Is-Scam approved and safe Forex Brokers:
Interactive Option Review
Interactive Option has been a Forex broker since 2013. On their website it’s stated that they are owned by Pegase Capital Ltd and it is licensed and regulated by CySEC. However, the broker has not been regulated for that long and this is why we recommend to sign up with a Forex broker that has proven to be safe and reliable. You can see our investigation team’s list of the top most secure brokers here.
Interactive Option has the latest version of the SpotOption trading platform, where you can trade the standard High/Low options, Range (Boundary) options and One Touch options. The website is available in several languages, including English, German, Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Arabic. The customer support at Interactive Option can be contacted via email, live chat and phone.
Interactive Option Withdrawals
Interactive Option has several deposit and withdrawal methods, including credit and debit card, Skrill (Moneybookers) and bank wire transfer. Remember that you can withdraw your profits only by the same payment method you used for depositing. The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 USD or EUR. There is a withdrawal fee charged for every payment method you use of 5% of the total withdrawal amount.
When you request a withdrawal, you will have to provide proof of identity and proof of residence, which can be scanned photo copies of a drivers license or a passport and an utility bill or a tax bill, dated from the last six months, proving your current address. But that is a standard procedure with all Forex brokers. Interactive Option’ withdrawal process is rather long. It takes 7 to 10 business days in order to process your withdrawal request. After they approve it, it takes additional 7-10 business days for the money to show in your personal account.
However, clients who were given bonuses by Interactive Option weren’t able to withdraw their money from their accounts until they traded the bonus amount 40 times. Because of this they can face withdrawal issues and Interactive Option’ customer support can’t help them.
Interactive Option Scam
Although Interactive Option is licensed and regulated by CySEC (Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission), this was not the case until February 2015. Since we have not gathered enough information if this broker is safe or not, we recommend you to use caution and do more research.
Our investigators always advice new traders to sign up with Forex brokers, which are proven to be safe and secure. This is why we research and investigate and constantly update our list of the top safe brokers, which you can see here.
Interactive Option Complaints
We have seen several traders’ comments and complaints on the internet about Interactive Option, however we cannot be sure if these are legitimate or not. Most of the complaints are regarding issues with the customer support and withdrawal problems. We recommend you to proceed with caution before signing up, because it cannot be 100% certain that there aren’t issues with Interactive Option.
Interactive Option Demo Account
Interactive Option offers a demo account, but there is a catch. In order to get access to it, first you will have to sign up with them and fund your trading account. Then you have to contact your account manager and ask them for a demo account. You can use it to test out the trading platform without risking to lose real money. The demo account can help you decide if this is a good Forex broker for you.
Interactive Option Bonuses
Before you decide to accept any bonuses, it is advised to first carefully read the broker’s term and conditions. Like all Forex brokers, Interactive Option also offers welcome bonuses to their new customers. Keep in mind that you will not be able to withdraw any funds at all, before you meet the trade volume requirements, which depend on the bonus amount you receive. If you receive a 20% bonus, you will need to trade 10 times its amount plus the initial deposit.
But if the bonus you were given was 100% of the value of your deposit, then you will have to trade its amount 40 times. You will have to decide for yourself if you can trade this kind of high volume, because otherwise you will not be able to withdraw your money until then.
ConclusionAfter detailed investigation our team concluded that there are better choices than Interactive Option. We cannot confirm that this Forex broker is a scam, but our research revealed enough traders’ complaints to not make us feel safe trading with Interactive Option.
We recommend you to Proceed to Safety and avoid scams by choosing High-Rated and Trusted Brokers on Is-Scam.com.
